A. Lingerie FLIRT is located at Place de la Cité in Quebec City. Our sister shop MaNiko Lingerie is located at Place Ste-Foy also located in Quebec City.
Q. Is it possible for you to ship elsewhere than Canada?
A. Lingerie FLIRT only delivers in Canada for now.
Q. I have already bought in store but I can not remember my underwear size.
A. You can always call us at the store during business hours, at 581-981-5221 or by mail at firstname.lastname@example.org, one of our sale consultant will be able to access your client file and your previous purchases.
Q. When and where do I pick up my order if I decide to pick it up in a store?
A. Your order will be ready for pickup at our FLIRT store in Place de la Cité in the hour following your order. However, take into consideration the opening hours of our store. An order placed after the closing time of the shop will be ready the next day. You have a period of 30 days from the date of your order to pick up your package, after which your order will be canceled and refunded.
If, for an exceptional reason, you can not retrieve your package within this period, please notify us as soon as possible to cancel your order or to receive a shipment by post (delivery charges may apply).

Q. An item is listed as out of stock or is missing from your website. Will you have extra quantities?
A. More sizes and products are available in store. However, if a product is out of stock on our website, it will be also in store. Q. What are the charges and the delivery time?
A. Delivery fees are 15$ and your order will be shipped via Canada Post. Delivery is free for orders of $ 100 or more.
Orders in Canada are usually shipped and delivered within 7 business days. We must therefore exclude weekends and holidays from the calculation of the number of days for delivery.
Q. Is it possible to buy a gift card online?
A. Gift Certificates are available online, but unfortunately they can only be used in our stores for now.
