Exchange or Refund 

 


Exchanges or refunds have to be requested by email at info@lingerieflirt.com, within 15 days from the day your order have been shipped. After this period, no exchange or refund can be done.

 

To qualify for an exchange, all returned items must be in their original condition, contain all their tags and be considered by Flirt Lingerie as not having been used or not being damaged. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returned items AND new shipping charges for new items if they do not exceed $ 100 before taxes (the original shipping charges are non-refundable). Exchanges requests have to be requested by email, within 15 days from the day your order have been shipped. Exchanges can be done in store or via mail and you can only exchange your product for a product of equal or superior value.

 

To qualify for a refund, all returned items must be in their original condition, contain all their tags and be considered by Flirt Lingerie as not being used or not being damaged. You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of returned items (the original shipping charges are not refundable). No refund will be done in store. Refunds requests have to be requested by email at info@lingerieflirt.com, within 15 days from the day your order have been shipped.

Once your articles are inspected by our team, we will contact you to inform you of the acceptance or not of your cancellation request. If your request is approved, we will reimburse you minus the shipping cost (of applicable) and minus 15$ of manutention fees. 

We strongly recommend that you use a shipping method with tracking, or take insurance on the goods shipped. Please include in your package your original purchase receipt or brung it with you for an exchange in store. Lingerie Flirt is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transportation.

 

 

Defective items

 


We replace, without charge, only items that are defective upon arrival. The original shipping costs will also be refunded. Please contact us by email at support@lingerieflirt.com to make arrangements for the exchange. For a faster processing of your request, do not hesitate to attach photos of the defective item.

 

 

Items on sale

 


Unfortunately, items purchased on sale are not eligible for an exchange, return or a refund. Any item on sale is a final sale.
